A highly specialized Parity Aeronautical Institute in the training and training of future aviators

An all-Italian excellence. The Istituto Nobile Aviation College, a truly unique and prestigious Paritaria Air Force School, was founded in 1999 with the ambitious goal of training future aeronautical professionals, from pilots to flight controllers, to airport logistics support operators. To illustrate the strengths of a school that represents an important reference point nationally and internationally is Francesco Missarino, pilot and director of the Udine office.

Dr. Missarino, what is the Institute’s mission?

The aviation sector is booming and requires increasingly qualified professionals. The ever-increasing demand for passenger transport, destined to grow by 150% in the next 20 years, requires that there are various specialist figures able to face the multiple challenges resulting from this strong expansion. To be able to easily enter a highly specialized and competitive sector, it is therefore necessary to acquire a broad-based aeronautical culture. The mission of our Institute is to meet the significant demand of airline pilots, aeronautical maintenance personnel, air traffic controllers and flight attendants, providing the students with an effective and complete training program. With 3 aeronautical institutes in Italy (in Rome, Reggio Emilia and Udine), 2 training flight bases in Florida and in Spain, ours is a project made of passion, experience and quality; a project that allows, thanks to a unique teaching structure, a rapid integration into the world of work (today about 45% of our students are employed in the aviation world).

How is the training course proposed by you structured?

After the eighth grade each boy is called to choose a course of study that prepares him to better face his future. Our School, which boasts a long international experience, allows students, generally students from 13 to 18 years of age, to add to the didactic knowledge (Italian language and literature, history, geography, mathematics, physics, chemistry, air navigation, circulation and aeronautical telecommunications, ect …) those practical on aircraft and on professional flight simulator (Boeing 737NG). From the third year on, during the summer breaks, the boys have the opportunity to attend our flight schools in Florida (USA) and Malaga (Spain), to obtain the first patents, then, after obtaining the diploma, complete the path necessary and obtain the ATPL license (Linea Pilot License). Particular attention is paid to the deepening of the English language, fundamental both in the aeronautical sector and for the continuation of studies in Italian and international universities.
