Danilo Lucangeli, with what mission was Perfexia founded?
Perfexia was founded in 2003 with the goal of responding to the digitalization needs of local Public Administration (PA). Even at that time, Artificial Intelligence (AI) was starting to gain attention, and although it was not yet at the technological peak we know today, computer systems were already capable of supporting innovative solutions. In a period when the PA was evolving toward the use of more advanced technologies, Perfexia saw and seized the opportunity to improve operational and administrative efficiency by offering solutions that met the specific needs of local administrations. The company’s initial mission was to develop applications that could automate and optimize bureaucratic processes, reducing management times and improving the quality of services offered. The applications for local PA aimed to simplify the management of data and services, creating a more streamlined interface for communication and interaction with citizens and businesses. From its early years, Perfexia was able to anticipate the times, responding concretely to the needs of Public Administration and creating a bridge between the world of technology and that of public management. In the following years, the company continued to grow and innovate, developing increasingly sophisticated applications for other strategic sectors. By 2013, it had started to create its first industrial patents, demonstrating its innovative capacity and leadership in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied to advanced technological solutions.
