From traditional security services to cybersecurity, from intelligent video surveillance to digital records management, organizational security today relies on increasingly integrated models where technology, process management, data governance, and information protection have become strategic assets. In an environment where businesses and public administrations are required to manage ever-growing volumes of information and increasingly complex technological systems, security has become a critical priority. It is within this context that Privapol, founded in June 2022, has developed a multiservice model designed to support both private companies and public institutions in the operational and strategic management of their activities.
Leading the Group is CEO Paolo Ronchi, who explains how the company has rapidly evolved from a traditional security provider into an integrated organization offering coordinated services. In just a few years, Privapol has progressively expanded its scope of operations, developing a business model that combines physical security, digital technologies, and data management.

Mr. Ronchi, Privapol was founded in 2022 as a security company. How has the original project evolved?
Privapol was established in June 2022 with a very clear mission: to deliver high-quality security services. Over time, however, we realized that companies were looking for much more than traditional security. They needed a trusted partner capable of supporting them in managing increasingly complex operational and strategic activities. This led us to broaden our core business. Today, we are a multiservice company that supports businesses and organizations through specialized expertise working in close coordination. We have developed a 360-degree approach to security—no longer limited to traditional surveillance, but based on an integrated system that combines operational services with advanced technologies.
What is the business model on which your company is built today?
Our innovative model enables companies to rely on a single partner for multiple complementary services. We provide integrated outsourced solutions ranging from security and digital transformation to document management and business process organization. All activities are coordinated through a single management structure with the objective of simplifying day-to-day operations and improving the overall efficiency of the organizations we serve.
The Group is organized into four specialized business divisions. How are they structured?
We have established four divisions, each with specific expertise yet closely integrated with one another. The first focuses on security and surveillance, primarily physical security but not exclusively, ensuring controlled and reliable access management for businesses. The second specializes in video surveillance, designing and installing technologically advanced intelligent monitoring systems tailored to the specific needs of both corporate and private clients. The third division focuses on cybersecurity and corporate data protection, providing customized technological solutions such as biometric access control systems and smart security automation. Finally, our fourth division specializes in records management, offering physical and digital archiving, document organization, inventory management, and long-term document preservation. In this area, we primarily work with public administrations.
Why has records management become such a priority for public administrations?
Many public institutions are required to manage enormous quantities of documents accumulated over many years, which are not always organized in a clear and structured manner to ensure easy retrieval and consultation. Reorganizing, cataloguing, and digitizing these documentary assets is essential not only to improve internal efficiency but also to guarantee transparency, accessibility, and data security.

What are the main challenges companies face today in managing security and data?
One of the greatest challenges is handling the enormous amount of data organizations generate every day. Many companies struggle with cybersecurity, information protection, and document management. As a result, an increasing number of organizations are looking for a qualified partner capable of supporting them through a comprehensive and structured approach.
What differentiates Privapol from its competitors?
Our greatest strength is the integration of services. Many companies specialize in just one specific area. We have instead developed a model that enables clients to rely on a single point of contact for multiple business needs, including security, digitalization, document management, process organization, and commercial development support. Companies that choose Privapol find a partner capable of understanding their operational needs and critical challenges while delivering tailored, effective, and structured solutions based on their real requirements. Our mission goes beyond simply providing services—we work alongside businesses as strategic partners to improve internal organization and make their processes more efficient. Everything we offer is designed around companies and the people who work within them, ensuring that every solution is built together with our clients and tailored to their actual needs.
In conclusion, in such a highly competitive market, Privapol is positioning itself as an organizational partner for both businesses and public administrations…
In today’s economic environment, where security, data management, and process organization are increasingly interconnected, the multiservice model offers a practical response to the evolving needs of organizations. With four specialized business divisions and a team of approximately fifty professionals, Privapol aims to strengthen its position as a strategic organizational partner for both private companies and public institutions. Our objective is to help clients improve operational efficiency and confidently address the challenges of digital transformation through customized solutions that place the unique characteristics, needs, and value of each organization at the center of every project.
