The company, internationally recognized, offers both proprietary products and solutions developed according to the specifications of national and international clients. Founded by the Arcangeli family and run until today by brothers Filippo and Fabio, Teknel now becomes part of the Pagliani Group, led by the young industry captain Anthony Martini. The transaction was promoted by Andrea Di Bari (Legalis Business Consulting), while the advisors involved were Roberto Rinaldi and Gianfranco Martinelli, heads of their respective firms, acting for Teknel and Pagliani Srl. The new ownership, which is about to launch an important industrial plan, will continue to rely on the valuable support of the Arcangeli brothers.
